Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

Yes and this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

- Keeping track of your order's delivery status
- Changing or canceling the order
- Using your previous purchase history to avoid a loss of time

Is a tax-free order possible?

Yes, under certain circumstances. We only have to charge taxes if you order to Germany or within the EU without a valid VAT ID. As soon as you have completely filled in your delivery address, the taxes will be charged or removed depending on the information provided.

How long it will take to receive the items?

This is highly depending on your location. We ship from Germany:

- Germany 1-3 days
- European Union 2-5 days
- Europe 2-6 days
- Worldwide 2-10 days

Yes, we accept orders from countries all over the world, exept those who are actually affected by local or international prohibitions of delivery.
